The cruise to check first
The two listings are sold by the same operator but send you to different places, on opposite sides of the ría. Check which one you booked before you leave, because the voucher is only valid at its own counter.
Everything below comes from the meeting-point text of each listing. Neither one gives departure times, so the sailing time has to be confirmed through the booking.
1Vigo: the Terminal Marítima
The voucher goes to the Mar de Ons ticket office inside the Terminal Marítima de Vigo, Calle Cánovas del Castillo 26. There they tell you which dock the ferry leaves from.
The listing recommends arriving at least 30 minutes before departure.
2Cangas: the Mar de Ons office
The meeting point is the Mar de Ons office at Avenida de Montero Ríos 14, 36940 Cangas. They hand over the boarding tickets and show you the exact dock.
Tickets cannot be issued in advance, so the listing asks you to allow enough time but not to arrive more than 30 minutes early. It adds that parking in the area is difficult.
3Before you go: permit and quota
The listings describe the Cíes as a protected archipelago with a daily visitor quota, and say that travelling there requires a permit from the Xunta de Galicia. Both prices include that permit, which the local provider arranges.
Neither listing says how the quota is allocated or how many places are left, so it is safer to book before you travel.
