The cruise to check first
Three Civitatis listings leave from the city of Como, at two different meeting points. They are close to each other in the town centre, but not the same place.
This page repeats what the listings state and what their coordinates show. It gives no bus, train or parking advice, because the listings do not.
1Lungo Lario Trieste: boat tour and charter
Both the Lake Como boat tour and the boat charter use Lungo Lario Trieste, 28, 22100 Como. The tour returns you there. For the charter you pick up the keys there and bring the boat back to the same spot.
The Italian version of the charter listing also mentions a private tour with a skipper that meets at the Sant'Agostino pier, which sits on the same Lungo Lario Trieste. The English text does not mention this option.
2Piazza Cavour: Bellagio and Lugano day trip
The day trip meets at Piazza Cavour, in the centre of Como, where the local provider waits in front of Hotel Barchetta. The listing writes the address as Piazza Cavour 1 in one place and Piazza Cavour 5 in another, so open the voucher after booking and use that address.
The group boards the boat from Como and returns by bus, so you finish in Como as well.
3How early to arrive
All three listings ask for 15 minutes in advance. The charter adds a € 50 charge for arriving late, and the day trip does not refund anyone who misses the departure.
The listings do not say how long the boat waits for latecomers, so treat 15 minutes as the minimum.
