The cruise to check first
Dubrovnik's boats are spread over more than one harbour, and the Old Port is not where every tour starts. Read your voucher before you walk down to the walls.
What follows is taken from the meeting points in the Civitatis listings.
1The Old Port
The Dubrovnik boat trip meets at Ribarnica ulica 1, at the big pier, and the listing says the provider contacts you 48 hours before. The night galleon meets at Mali Muo pier, 15 minutes early.
The Koločep Blue Cave and Lopud tour also meets in the Old Port, at the BluEscape dock. The listing says the group then goes to Gruž to board the boat, so you do not leave from the walls.
2Gruž Port
The Game of Thrones cruise starts in front of the Glorijet restaurant at Gruž Port, Obala Stjepana Radića 16, and you should be there 15 minutes before departure. The night galleon and the Blue Cave tour both end at Gruž, not at the Old Port.
If you finish at Gruž and have a dinner booking in the Old Town, allow time for the trip back.
3Lapad and the private boat
The private boat meets at Lapadska obala 4, at least 15 minutes early. It is a different part of town from the other two harbours and none of the shared tours starts there.
A last tip: if a listing says the meeting point may change, as the Blue Cave one does, watch your messages in the days before.
