There is no single departure port in Tenerife, so check the meeting point before you book. The lead time also varies by trip.

The schooners with pickup do not need you to find the port yourself, except for wheelchair users.

1Los Cristianos port

The 90-minute boat leaves from the fishermen's dock, at the Travelin' Lady stand, and asks you to arrive 15 minutes early. The two-hour schooner and the Viking boat leave from the excursion pier, zone A.

Bring swimwear, a towel and sunscreen. If you get seasick easily, the 90-minute boat listing suggests taking a tablet before boarding.

2Las Galletas

The trip starts at the Paseo Espigon in Las Galletas, at pontoon 2 of the Marina del Sur. Check your voucher for the arrival time.

You go barefoot on board. Bring a warm layer too, because it can be cold out at sea.

3Five-hour schooners with pickup

The local provider collects you at the point you chose when booking, in the south or the north depending on the trip, and takes you to Puerto Colon. Pickup points and times are in a PDF linked from the listing.

Wheelchair users should go straight to Puerto Colon, because the bus is not accessible.

Quick questions

Do they all leave from the same port?

No. Three trips leave from Los Cristianos port, one from the Marina del Sur in Las Galletas, and the two five-hour schooners sail from Puerto Colon after pickup.

How early should I arrive?

It depends on the trip. The 90-minute boat asks for 15 minutes in the English listing. For the others, follow the time on your voucher.

What should I bring?

Swimwear, a towel and sunscreen. At Las Galletas, a warm layer, and you go barefoot on board.
