The cruise to check first
O Grove is a town on the Ría de Arousa and all three trips begin in its port, so there is little risk of going to the wrong pier. What differs is what you do on arrival.
Everything here comes from the meeting-point notes in the Civitatis listings. We have no departure times to show, so check the time when you book.
1The port on Avenida Beiramar
The meeting point for all three trips is the port of O Grove, on Avenida Beiramar. The tasting and lunch listings give it as the Puerto de O Grove, and the Sálvora listing names the Cruceros do Ulla dock at Avenida Beiramar s/n.
Cruceros do Ulla appears in all three listings as the ticket office or pier you are sent to. The listings do not say which company runs each boat.
2What to do when you arrive
Mussel tasting: be at the ticket offices at least 15 minutes ahead and exchange your voucher for the boat tickets. The listing warns that the start can run late, mostly in high season.
Lunch cruise: also at least 15 minutes ahead, then find the guide at the Cruceros do Ulla ticket office in the catamaran station. The listing asks for punctuality.
Sálvora: go to the Cruceros do Ulla pier at Avenida Beiramar s/n and leave plenty of time. The listing gives no minute count.
3If you book more than one trip
Because the trips share a port, two on different days need no extra planning. Two in one day only work if the times leave a gap: Sálvora takes 4 hours 30 minutes and the lunch cruise 2 hours 30 minutes.
Check the departure times when you book, as this page has none to show.
