Three Civitatis listings take you to Comino and the Blue Lagoon from two ports. Two leave from Buġibba, in San Pawl il-Baħar, and one from Sliema. Prices and scores are those on the listings on 29 October 2026.

The pier is not the only difference. The Buġibba pair are a Comino and Blue Lagoon cruise (6 hours, from €40) and a Gozo and Comino cruise (6 hours, from €45, with 3 hours on Gozo). The Sliema boat is a 7.5-hour schooner with lunch.

1Buġibba: two cruises, one port

Both meet at Buġibba Port, in Dawret Il-Gżejjer, and boarding runs from one hour to 15 minutes before departure. The Comino Island and Blue Lagoon cruise (from €40, 8.4, 423 reviews) stops near Comino and the Blue Lagoon, and the listing marks it as wheelchair accessible. The Gozo and Comino cruise (from €45, 7.7, 419 reviews) adds 3 hours of free time on Gozo and is accessible only in some areas. Neither includes food or drinks.

The Comino listing says that to step ashore at the Blue Lagoon you must reserve free entry on the government website. Swimming in the lagoon or staying on board does not need it. Snorkel equipment costs €5 per person on that cruise, and the 9:30 am departure does not take children under 12.

2Sliema: the schooner

The boat leaves from Sliema port. Pickup from the main hotels on Malta, between 8:15 and 9:30 am, is included, and the local provider contacts you after booking to agree the exact time and place.

It is a 7.5-hour sail on a gulet, with 90 minutes in a Gozo bay, 90 minutes at the Blue Lagoon, a buffet lunch and an open bar with beer, wine, soft drinks and water. It costs from €75 and scores 7.6 from 280 reviews. The listing says a Blue Lagoon stop is not guaranteed, because on busy days the area is closed.

3Which port to choose

Choose Buġibba and the Comino cruise if the Blue Lagoon is the point and you want the best score at the lowest price. Choose the Gozo and Comino cruise from the same port if you also want time on Gozo. Choose the Sliema schooner if you want pickup, lunch and drinks in one price and can accept that the lagoon stop is not guaranteed.

All three can be cancelled free up to 24 hours before the start. Confirm times for your date on the booking page.
